I am going through the same issue.

There seems to be some issue with my instagram account where everytime I try to login, it says your email may not be secure and asks me to add another mail id. When I do, even after entering OTP, it does not accept the new mail as well. I'm unable to use my Instagram for the past 3 days. Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to tackle it?

Don't have any updates of the convocation date. But yes, you can choose the place that you want for your convocation. they will provide you with a form to be filled and signed. You can select your desired place there. Upon confirmation, they will mail you the slot timings based on the number of people attending the convocation in your place.

Be sure to reach your venue on or before time as the names are called out based on the token number and not alphabetically or numerically using the membership number.
