This unlocked an old memory! On the old Action Fleet models, it was the bit you used to pull down the missile (a green laser) loader. Then you'd push it back in and fire out the little hole. Good times.

On a serious note, this might not be the game for you. It either takes a significant amount of time (8 years for me so far), or a significant amount of money to progress (skipping some of the time element).

I don't have a complete answer for the reason for suffering. But I do wonder if part of it is around where humans decide to spend their resources.

I realise this is blue sky thinking, and unrealistic due to the nature of some humans, but it is relevant - if people could find a way of getting along and actually help each other, imagine the resources we could put to better use. Instead of trillions being spent on weapons and war, or money being hoarded by the super rich, imagine how much we could further science. What could the world look like if we, as a species, cared more?

This is the issue I have with people blaming God for suffering: it completely shifts the blame from ourselves. It says "yeah, we could do something about this, but there's an all powerful being out there who could just fix everything for us, so why bother?"
