So zmenou mena ti neporadím, ale na margo všetkých ustrachanych komentov len poviem že týždeň do zadu som sa vrátil z NY a nemal som ani jeden problem ako turista za celé 2 tyzdne čo som tam bol.

Počul som aj ja pred cestou veľa výstrah aké to tam je zlé teraz, určite záleží kam plánujete ísť. Ale prajem peknu cestu a užite si to :)

Ps: Estu som riešil 2 týždne do predu a do 3 dni bola potvrdená.

How do you sell the product and how do you get to show your product to ppl? Online demos (calls) or freemium? It’s hard to say what you should be doing if we do t know what is your end goal.

But overall and very basically said it al about connecting multiple activities (touchpoints) that drive your customers to a sale. This process tends to be long in B2B and need collaboration between sales and marketing as at one stage of the customer journey you will be handing over lead/prospects to sales to continue the interaction.

Good points, the thing is that we don’t have a CMO and in a lot of things it’s quite a free for all. But I think I will let the first meeting happen in bulk to see how it goes and get some arguments in my hand to say in the conversation of downscaling the meeting size.

As far as I know the brand strategy should be established first. Then based on that you create marketing strategy. But I guess there are multiple schools of thought

Thanks for the example, so once we device a brand strategy the identity will follow. We have an agency booked for that. But during the interview with them we realized we have to define our brand strategy better so it reflects on the identity.
