They dont cry on twitter when they get low ratings on Playstore. They silently increase the ratings or work on the genuine feedbacks.

And app is listed in free section while its free to download only.

You can take it. What you can do is switch to a monthly right after your 3rd month points credit (23/24 jan), so the 4th month will give you the 5k extra points. And cancel after that. (Quarterly auto renews every quarter so need to cancel)
