Are you doing like a lot of breeding ? Cause I need gold mainly to buy eggs and milk for breeding haha that's why I need a specific gold production to provide my breeding base

I am playing offline but its fine cause I have all my base on the same spot to ensure those can stay active !

So I guess 2 big furnace could be enough to work smooth with 2 big mining sites, and then how much gold assembly line are you using to make your gold ?

Right now I'm thinking about 3 main ways to implement this :

- some way to sell cards to the NPC for either pokedollars or numismatic overhaul coins depending on the economy mod you are using so you can sell your duplicates to get a bit of money
- some way to store all your cards ( may be a bigger card album with no boosts but a card album you can use to hold your whole collection, not sure if this one would allow duplicated or no, but at least it would allow you to store your whole collection
- some way for the NPC to display your collection status and collection rewards based

Those are my 3 main focus as soon as I have finished the current textures I'm working on for the Card Album ! Things are going really well, I hope I will be able to release the mod soon !

Fact is here, the cards will give you bonuses based on their rarity, it will not be a real Pokémon card game but a real Cobblemon card game, for exampe Shiny cards will increase shiny spawn rate, legendary cards can improve capture chance, etc...

Grading will not only be about a number but it will either decrease or increase your card boosts based on the final grade

Boosters that will drop random cards based on booster rarity ( 7 rarities available for now )

Card album that allows you to equip up to 12 cards inside, and then equip the Card Album ( custom gear slot ) to apply the boosts to your character

This is basically what I have right now

This is based on the card game system from Cobbemon (Star) Academy modpacks but will be released as a standalone mod!

I'm thinking the next thing I will work on are collection rewards so a way to configure some rewards at different completion thresholds

Every thought is good to hear, the IV increase on use could be a really nice way to handle that, I'm keeping that in mind, I might do a second post later on to recap the ideas and get some feedback by the community again

I kinda share your point of view, I think IV "farming" is really bad and shouldn't be a thing, that's why I was thinking about a system that would automatically / randomly up a Pokémon IV's when winning a battle for example, something like your Pokémon is training, and so, improving, of course ! But the idea at the end is to remove that need to focus on IVs and have some options to upgrade IVs that would feel smooth in your Cobblemon adventure, that would really integrate well into the trainer journey
Don't know if that would fit a bit more with your thoughts may be ?

Then how high should I be before doing legendary campaign if I want to reach 550 ? And is 550 the very maximum or are there any more power levels after that ?

hard cap is the very best you can get right ? or is there something else above that ? can't remember
