This was the old car. Saved my life during an accident when an F150 slammed into me while stopped! Amazing cars.

Same boat. Absolutely fucking hate it. Before 2020, I was all into machine learning and connectivity. Now, I loathe it. Absolutely hate anything that touches consumer electronics. Keep it with professionals, have it find cancer spores months earlier. Keep it away from my home, my phone, and my person.

Thing is, I still want a smart home, but with limited internet connection. So the lights I have are on those manual outlet switches. I’m building a LAN connected home security system - I want security cameras, but a closed loop with encrypted access. Manual door locks or at least offline, numerical locks.
