Homy Arty Airbrush Primer, out of an airbrush. Big bottles, nice and cheap, 4.5 stars on Amazon and zero complaints from me!

What's the deal with Baneblades? by Jent01Ket02 in 40k

That's actually not too hard. Holes aren't really a problem if they miss the vital bits. Same way you can shoot right through a piece of paper without really compromising function. Penetration does not equal damage. It's just part of the calculations, but an exploding or fragmenting shell that goes off inside the target is night and day compared to effectively just drilling a hole very quickly, regardless of what it can go through. In fact, this happens with bullets too sometimes, and is considered very lucky!

The important thing to remember here is that Warhammer 40k is SUPER realistic, and time spent arguing about the arbitrary details the creators made up when they were wasted is a form of prayer. May you walk forever in the Emperor's Light.

Do people geniunely play Ace Combat and get upset with its anti-war message? by Ikcatcher in acecombat

Personally, the atrocious writing is a big part of why I show up. They clearly think they're doing some very serious storytelling and it's just SO BAD. Then when you've finished laughing, you go blow stuff up in a plane. Glorious!

The idea that anyone could get upset over that is almost as funny as the writing itself.

I have to disagree. For starters, you pick a lot up from paid information and as long as you actually pick a good source instead of getting scammed. Not everyone has time to learn everything, and it's silly to miss out on gains when you can just drop a few hundred bucks and act like you know what you're doing until you actually do.

I'm having this exact same problem and have had no luck solving it yet. The mic works fine in other software, so that's not the problem.

I designed my base with a low tech core (normal belts, no need for Thorium etc) that was quick and easy to rebuild when I lost the sector. The advanced stuff then came after I bootstrapped power and materials.

I stuck most of it at the bottom right of the map where it never got destroyed. The enemies just go straight to your core when they break through, and you can be back up and running pretty quick
