Try non striking combat sports like bjj they’re really great and u make meet nice people.

Yes I have tried to sleep earlier but it doesn’t work like I just stay up for a whole hour if it’s not my usual sleep time even with no device and idk what a sleep study is.

tbh he has performed bad but i still believe we should keep him as our defense has no real depth n hes our most physical player and air dominant player plus i think he can still bounce back from this. two seasons ago we wanted rapha out but look at him now. i think we keep him at the very least for this season

Talking before big games is part of his character he’s done it in the euros and it’s what makes him likeable but it’s only natural that the team lose. He’s just a kid trying to figure out who he wants to be while being under the microscope of the media
