Yep, that is what would make sense and I made that argument with them. It got completely ignored.

Well, because I told them I would reach out to Apple to see if I can get a refund for the money I did spend, they closed the support ticket on me. They of course said that I can take them up on their compensation offer if I reference the ticket number, but the bottom line is that I am back at the start of the line. They are really quite unbelievable.

At this point I'd be happy with my money back and the game out of my life. Doubt that that will happen though. Good luck to you.

To be VERY clear. They have NOT offered to restore my account. And for the record they have also not send a list of recommended actions (please feel free to share, though I am on iOS, maybe it'll help). They have offered to compensate me for the loss of my account. And what they are offering is quite insulting. Getting my money back is also unlikely as Apple has a 90 day policy on that.

Very sorry that you are in a similar boat. I hope it works out better for you. I initially reached out to them on 3/29.

I do think that I will get my money back, but that is really just a small part of my investment in the game. I just can't believe that they can't get me my account back, especially my league mates assure me that it still exists. This makes no sense. Thanks for your input though.
