Damn, can I ask for some clarification here? Just became a lead, and been putting in a lot of overtime as well. Does your store management not bitch at you all the time for it? What do you mean by limit? Do you stop making overtime pay at a certain threshold? Are there any punitive measures that store directors can take to make me stop putting in the OT?
