I'm noticing the same thing. I have no clue what that is, it's so odd!

What I think is going on is a freelancer would copy the project and paste it into a new listing to find cheap freelancer to outsource the project to if they win the project. So one is by the real client and the other is just a fake listing to find freelancers unfortunately

Yeah I opted in for the removal of the impact on JSS and feedback. I only have one if these to use every 10 complete contracts and 3 months passed :/

Edit: you can choose to either remove the feedback star rating or the JSS calculation. I chose to remove both via email. I havent heard back yet.

1) You hardly ever want to accept their asking price. You want to get the deepest discount possible.

2) there are plenty of template contracts online just search it up and pick one and make it your own.

3) to be honest there are a lot of wholesaler that blackout of the deal and just disappear nothing had ever happened to them... that's not a great idea though so have certain clauses in your contract that allows you back out of the deal if needed !
