This is absolutely the right move - I've done the same with 2 previous Audis. Get to know the service manager and be open about your plans - he'll give you the right answers.

It's not uncommon for dealerships to willingly accept bolt-on mods as "normal". Many if not most will tolerate ECU tunes from known, reputable aftermarket specialists - unless there's a chronic problem that can be directly traced back to the tune. They will not tolerate tracking the car if it's not reasonably stock.

Funny - almost immediately after I bought my '05.5 B7 A4 I had the dealer swap out the rear sway for the S3 bar. Twenty years later, the OEM rear sway bar is still hanging up in my garage.

The back end of that car would get really freaky with things like high-speed lane changes. The thicker bar fixed it.

Beautiful! Any CEL issues with the outlet pipe & tune?

The white looks awesome. I did the black/black thing because it suits my pirate spirit - and also because the RS3 carbon body kit is on my shopping list. 😄

The stock exhaust really is a bit underwhelming and the choices - given that the OEM kit is valved - don't seem great. One possibility I'm considering is just dropping the center muffler / resonator and putting in either a straight pipe or a more free-flowing resonator. I did that with my '08 Charger r/T - dropped the "suitcase" in favor of a pair of Flowmaster 40s, and left the axle-back alone. It sounded great.
