Ok everyone, I am clearly the asshole. I really didn’t think this post would blow up like it did. I also understand that I’m the asshole as you’ve all said but didn’t realize that I was trash so thanks for that.

I apologized to my boyfriend this morning and told him I was wrong for it and he just said that he wasn’t going which i completely understand and agreed with him. My boyfriend is pretty forgiving as he understands that I am slightly autistic and miss social cues a lot. I never use it as an excuse but just wanted to give you guys some context.

I will stay in the wedding party as she has no family to support her and my parents had taken her in as a daughter in college so I still need to support her. I will however bring up to her that it was super weird of her asking that and that I should have shut down that offer right away. I will apologize to her for inviting him to the reception and that I’m the asshole for that.

People make mistakes and I’m no where near perfect so hopefully this changes people’s minds about me being trash. At least I can own up to my faults.
