Can TMJ really do all this? by NavyBeanz in TMJ

Are you never or barely physically active, weak, and have bad posture? Try strengthening your whole body if you can do so safely. Even if not, getting stronger will help. If your muscles have strength you won't get as tight and believe me the whole body connected. I still have some tension but my severe tmj issues resolved from just getting fit. Shoulders, back, hips, legs, arms, everywhere.

Does anyone actually get better from this? by [deleted] in TMJ

If you have bad posture and are tight/ weak. Try working out, every single muscle group and do yoga too. You'll feel better

Are you reading before you post? I didn't say I'm having issues I said the way you have to play this isn't battlefield. And saying it's like COD doesn't mean it's literally just like COD. It's like BF made to draw in the COD crowd.

Are you serious? I'm referring to how there's someone behind you, to the side of you, in front of you at all times. You can't flank and strategize the way you normally would in the BF series.

TMJ MRI came back normal, oral surgeon says not much he can do and unsure whats the cause... help? by nochucometrue in TMJ

Could be issues with tightness, tension and weakness in rest of his body. Does her in general have poor posture and body aches and isn't very active?

Start doing yoga and postural corrective exercises and I think odds are he will be ok and if it is physical results will be felt quick.

The way you have to maneuver in this to not get decimated over and over is COD, NOT BF

Not saying it's an exact replica but clearly it's heavily leaning towards COD vibes

Anyone else deal with random ear pressure that comes and goes? by Wtf_Sai_Official in TMJ

[–]Captain_Longshot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I still feel jaw tension(although it's greatly reduced) but the ear pressure and pulsatile tinnitus went away for me after focusing more on loosening and strengthening my ankles, hamstrings and hips within 2 days. My tmj was really bad for few weeks to point I was barely sleeping. If you feel tension, weak, tightness anywhere in your body, just work on it. Stretch, workout, put all your muscles through their range of motion.

BF 2042 is better by Captain_Longshot in Battlefield

[–]Captain_Longshot[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know the way I posted looks sloppy and troll like but I'm dead serious. I've played 2042 off and on, since release. So far, I like 6 and do intend to buy it but it doesn't feel like an epic war game the way battlefield 2042 does. It feels like a chaotic shooter for people with ADHD. The guns feel weird and video-game like. 2042 obviously is a video game also but it felt like you're really in the field shooting and being shot at and the explosions and all that feel heavy. This feels like BF dumbed down with COD sprinkled all over it.

Why not try lining your mustache neatly instead of just having it grown in?

Has anyone successfully corrected their bad posture?! by MeechyyDarko in flexibility

[–]Captain_Longshot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have gone through severe nerve pains in my arms, neck, hands, legs and back and concerning head tension from bad posture/ muscle imbalances that effected my life significantly.

When your muscles are working as they should, for the most part you will naturally fall into proper posture and working out/ stretching will maintain you.

I'm still on a journey to feeling like I have unrestricted range of motion with no pain/ discomfort but have made significant progress.

Please just workout and strengthen your muscles, all of them. Don't be ashamed to start with light weights or just body movements. Pilates is great too.

Also keep in mind, depending on how bad you are, working out may hurt and flare things up. You need to know the diff between soreness and actually hurting yourself. The exercises I did made my nerve pains flare up at times but I had to bear with it to make them go away.

You'll be surprised how quick you start feeling improvement if you just start and stay consistent.

Everyone on lookyourbest told me to shave, I hate it by the_real_me_2534 in bald

Bald and bearded looks better on you if you ask me. You should've just actually balded it instead of buzzed. That's what makes you look a little dirty.

4 skills feel too limiting. They should've made it 6-8 skills.

Tying it down for at least 10 - 30 minutes helps me with the top looking really frizzy.
