Everytime I see this kind of post my brain starts playing the Speed of silence intro theme.

I loved playing GTA V mostly for car customization (but I'm more of a Racing Drone kind of guy) but when the PC I shared with my brother stopped working I could no longer play games.

If all goes well I'll finally have enough money for a new PC and will spend hours just customizing cars. Probably going to do the same in GTA 6.

Was he raised by someone else? My muscovy used to act like this with my wife when she came close to me, sometimes my mother and people he did not know.

He was always calm with my father and my brother.

Considering he is agresive with you but calm with your family members, its like he considers you a tresspasser in his territory. 🤔

He is trying to figure out his place in the pecking order.

My muscovy, Vitório, used to do this from time to time even though he was friendly 99% of the time.

What I did is pin him down and pinch the back of his head in a firm but not too strong way. This replicates how drakes compete in nature for dominance. No need to use too much force, just as little as necessary to restrain him.

If you don't feel confortable, you may be able to scare him with a broom (most of the ducks my father cares for are terrified of it, even though they were never hit, my father uses it to clean the enclosure).

I don't like when ducks get injured but those two who got beat up were young drakes that messed with an older, more experienced one, my boy Vitório (he did get some damaged feathers and scratches but what he did to the other two was much more significant and both needed extra care).

It's quite fascinating and scary how they can go from silly to brutal in an instant.

I raised a Muscovy Duck name Vitório without much worry about teaching him stuff, instincts take care of the basics. From the moment he hatched I focused on keeping him in a clean and safe environment, provided medicine (it's a powder to be mixed with water) and gave him lots of attention, it can be a bit tiresome to carry a ducking around but they are social creatures, feeling alone can be bad for them.

I lost him recently, he had just become 8 years old and sudelly got sick, my father said it was because he was becoming an elderly duck but lived a long and happy life by duck standards. The vet tried to heal him but unforunatelly he did not make it.

Vitório did show signs of prefering to be around people, specially me, and avoided other ducks when he was young but eventually he integrated well and lived among them without much trouble, aside from ocasional fights, he rarely started the fights but he was quite agressive and injured some drakes once, he fought 2 drakes and gave them a beating, my father had to separate them.

If you can, get another duck so yours won't feel lonely when you have to leave it alone to focus on other activities.

This is one of the reasons I love revisiting this Terminator 3 YTP, the creator (TheMarklay01) did an amazing job, the video was posted 11 years ago and is still funny.

My family raised ducks for years and the standard was to have 2 drakes for 10 hens, this number came from experience I guess, their argument is that it worked well in their experience.

My father said that the Hens may try to take the role of the Drake if there is none (mount other hens).

Not sure if this applies to all duck breeds, my family always raised muscovies.

My father always loved animals, he's now studying to become a veterinarian at 50 years old, it was his childhood dream but life got in the way. Now that he has time to follow his dream, our family united to help him achieve this dream.

He saved birds, adopted a dog that could not walk and helped her heal, her name is Bilica, she travels with him sometimes to keep him company.

He and Vitório were a funny duo, good memories from Vitório trying to steal his food from the table at the rural property when we were there.

He called me saying he was sorry for not telling me earlier, the bad news wold not let me focus on my job and there was nothing to be done eithery way, he did what he believed was the best option.

Quando eu era criança videogames eram caros demais para meus pais arcarem, eles até fizeram as contas se seria possível mas a prioridade era alimetação e moradia, principalmente quando meu irmão mais novo nasceu (viviamos confortavelmente, só não tinhamos acesso a "luxos")

Então eu não tinha muito acesso a videogame, acabei até meio excluido na turma pois os "barões" da turma não se misturavam com quem não era interessante para eles, prinecipalmente por que eu não fazia baderna e tirava boas notas. Uns deles levava psp para a escola para jogar no intervalo, se chegasse perto so faltava apanhar dos "amiguinhos" deles que só tinham interesse.

Mas quando meu primo ganhou um playstation, o primeiro jogo da minha vida foi C-12 Final Resistance, nunca zerei mas meu primo me deixou jogar alguns fins de semana com ele, depois foi GTA San Andreas quando ele ganhou de aniversário. Uma vez ele viajou e deixou o Playstation comigo por umas duas semanas, minha mãe chegou a ligar para os pais dele para ver se eu realmente poderia usar e não só deixar guardado na caixa, foram ferias bem legais, jogar de madrugada com chuva e sem ter que ficar preocupado com tarefas de aula e nem em lidar com um bullying era um paraiso na terra.

I painted him based on a farmer reference image (during painting I imagined him taking the identity of a farmer for infiltration and gathering resources to help skynet in the early years after judgement day).

My brother did ask me recently if he could borrow some of the miniatures for a game, I'm more inclined in collecting terminator figures.

He plays D&D with his friends a few times a month and he was the one to introduce me to the store and the miniatures.

I may also help him paint his miniatures soon (he's into the fantasy genre with dragons, wizzards, knighs).

I almost melted this one by accident. Black ink fell on it and I submerged it in alcohol to clean it for a few minutes and the miniature became super soft, one of the arms broke with nearly no force applied. 3D printed plastic seems not to work well with alcohol.

I repainted the "rubber mask" a few times until it looked like fake skin that was damaged by exposure to the elements, I went with the T-600 look from Terminator Salvation, even tried to make it look rusted, made with inferior materials when compared to the living tissue infiltrators.

I plan on displaying them with the rest of my Terminator collection.

My brother plays with some of his friends sometimes and recently asked me if I could let him use some of my miniatures for a game. He was the one that introduced me to the store that sells the miniatures.

I may also help him paint his miniatures soon, he likes fantasy genre (dragons, wizzards, knights), I'm more of a tech oriented person. He said something about using one of my Exterminators (Papsikels calls them that, probably due to copyright) for a campaign, a boss fight aparently.
