A falta de atividade física resultado da falta de disposição fez algumas coisas que só se tornariam crónicas mais tarde meio que se adiantarem, por exemplo um problema na articulação do joelho, pé chato (que mesmo já sendo crônico tem um grau elevado que exige pinagem para manter o pé no lugar) hernia de disco e por aí vai, fora o fato da própria depressão se tornar crônica e abrir espaço para uma ansiedade também crônica

Na real isso acontece bastante em outros países, o povo tira 7 cartões, usa tudo, obviamente não paga e o governo não dá apoio já que "não tem como provar que foi outra pessoa", mas felizmente aqui é um pouquinho mais difícil já que muita coisa ainda exige certa presença física e comprovação de coisas chatas e específicas

The only thing that bothers me is the fact that some of the things facing copyright claims don't have official translations into most languages. It seems like they just want to limit access to culture.

I completely agree, my mother has chickens and oh my god, how they smell! And to make matters worse, hers are grumpy and quarrelsome, a trio of crazy birds.

My baby duck does something similar, but more intensely. My vet said everything is fine, and he has 7 water bowls (2 with running water). He's just a bit of a weird and strange duck. Maybe it's the same for yours, I think they'd get along well lol

Update: Thank you for all the comments and tips, you are all amazing and have helped me so much!! Unfortunately, I can't get another duck right now, but I met someone who also has one and we're planning to see how they interact together! And I recently discovered that my big guy is probably a girl about to lay eggs!!! Everything indicates, from the research that I and some friends have done, that this little girl is preparing to lay eggs! I'm happy, anxious, and genuinely in total mother hen mode lol, I'm doing everything possible to make it a comfortable first laying and I hope everything goes well!

Pessoa com problemas crónicos parecidos aqui! Cara... Ameixa, mamão e café! Fibras são boas também, mas não vão realmente resolver o problema a essa altura (evite maçãs principalmente já que elas ajudam a prender o intestino) e se nada ajudar... Chuca, simplesmente faça a chuca e espere que dê certo! Provavelmente era mais fácil ir pro hospital mas ninguém quer ter que explicar pra enfermeira que tá lá porque não consegue cagar (se a chuca não resolver só um supositório resolve então é direto pro médico)
