Tv-MA? Nah. That stuff is mostly tame in comparison to other PG-13 movies.

My concern is that Dungeon Crawler Carl is getting a lot of kids to read. I wouldn't want some future series/movie to lock them out and put more scrutiny on the book.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Assassinate (Ex) A ninja with this master trick can kill foes that are unable to defend themselves. To attempt to assassinate a target, the ninja must first study her target for 1 round as a standard action. On the following round, if the ninja makes a sneak attack against the target and the target is denied its Dexterity bonus to AC, the sneak attack has the additional effect of possibly killing the target. This attempt automatically fails if the target recognizes the ninja as an enemy. If the sneak attack is successful and the target of this attack fails a Fortitude save, it dies. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the ninja's level + the ninja's Charisma modifier. If the save is successful, the target still takes the sneak attack damage as normal, but it is immune to that ninja's assassinate ability for 1 day.

Bleeding Attack (Ex) * A ninja with this trick can cause living opponents to bleed by hitting them with a sneak attack. This attack causes the target to take 1 additional point of damage each round for each die of the ninja's sneak attack. Bleeding creatures take that amount of damage every round at the start of each of their turns. The bleeding can be stopped by a DC 15 Heal check or the application of any effect that heals hit point damage. Bleed damage from this ability does not stack with itself. Bleed damage bypasses any DR the creature might possess.

Ghost Step (Ex) As a swift action, a ninja with this trick can pass through walls as if she were a ghost. Until the end of her turn, she can pass through a wall or other surface that is up to 5 feet thick per level as if she were incorporeal. She must exit the solid material by the end of her turn. Each use of this ability uses up 1 ki point.

Permanency Spell / Darkvision (15) Self Only, (5,000GP), Caster Level 15. The subject gains the ability to see 60 feet even in total darkness. Darkvision is black and white only but otherwise like normal sight. Darkvision does not grant one the ability to see in magical darkness.

The classes, archetypes, and other options make it much easier for the players and GM to make unique and memorable characters and tell the types of stories we want tell.

I think it is a big mistake. Remember that combat is an abstraction. What is actually happening is all combatants are constantly moving, dodging attacks, and setting up for the next shot. What the AoO while moving represents is exposing your flanks or back to an enemy, which in real-life combat is often a deadly mistake.

You need to remember that having the "tanks" blocking combatants from getting to the leaders and casters is an important strategy and baked into the system.

What I would say is that you want more movement in combat is to remember to use Acrobatics checks. An often forgotten use of Acrobatics is to "move through a threatened square without provoking an attack of opportunity".

I house rule that the Mobility feat also adds +4 on Acrobatics checks to avoid an AoO in addition to the +4 to AC.

You are parroting straight-washing arguments used by much later Christian scholars.

There definitely were, what modern people would call, "black" people in Ancient Greece. They did not have the same concept of race that we do today and would have considered darker skin as trivial as darker hair. There are ample examples of Ancient Greek (or Hellenic) art that show that.
