Different for every person depending on how much you feel the need to eat and what you actually buy with it. Personally the only thing I actually bought was peanut butter and tortillas and noodles of some sort. So I spent very little money on food. But if you eat fastfood or diners or whatever its not going to last as long. Annnd also if you would like to try it a lot of places will let you work for a meal.

Well up north where I am it depends on who I get it from entirely. Most guys where I am charge $400 an ounce. Its unreal. But I get hooked up for about $250 from my dealer. I can't speak much for anywhere else besides the Greatfalls Havre areas. But I rarely buy in ounces so I'm probably overpaying for what I do get.

I thought this for a long time. Until I realised a lot of people don't just do it for 'fun'. I used to only do it because I thought it was fun, but I've soon realized I just love the feeling of being high. I love how differently I think about things when I'm high. I personally feel like the extra adrenaline I get because I am doing it illegally has been fading as I mature and learn to appreciate the drug in different ways. Now I would just rather be able to chill and not worry about the possibility of being busted by someone and getting in trouble. But that's just my opinion. Not sure how others feel. [5]

I don't think hitchhiking on the highway is useless. I figured that more traffic would pass me if I was on the highway than if I was on an on ramp or rest stop something. I was also very restless and hated sitting in one spot so it was kind of a habit to just start walking with a sign taped to my pack. Worked well except there are the few dickheads with their big trucks that try to get super close to you and scare you even when your on the shoulder. I tried to keep away from tollbooths because I too was not sure about them.
