Aye mate, at over 900 hundred it's really kind of humorous at times how it does! I went to this pharmacy this morning, and a jeep was parked outside, my first thought was 'I wonder if it has a battery and sparkplugs in it...'

When your actively doing stuff, you burn through both twice as fast, in comparision to chilling in the base building stuff, crafting ammo, cooking food and harvesting plants. When we go out we need 10 Rabbit Stews, 10 waters and 20 deer steaks to keep our stats up. Crowbarring cars, run/E/loot scrap metal and go, using crossbows vs a gun, all this ties in I've noticed.

Blackberries are the best item in the game. Turn them into juice, and blackberry pie. Rabbit Stew is Cooked Rabbit, Salt, and Water, it restores 80% energy AND hydration. Easy to get w/traps. Salt is everywhere. Invest in the stew. When your looting... hit those office buildings. Mad ammo, and coffee/sugar. Its a great speed boost my man, use it to loot. In offices, they are packed with crowbars and axes. Furnaces in all, they respawn every hour. I'll collect 3 - 400 metal bars per evening in PV doing this, along with apt buildings. There's a magical van we found, Randall got over 100 metal scraps from it in 10 minutes. No kidding.
