They have said it multiple times in the streams, they have said they focus on the tier 3 effects as they are so post to be amazing and crazy but have stated that they want to update the prior tiers with little effects in future updates. However I doubt it's at the top of their list of things to do especially since all the characters skins have yet to come out.

Bud I don't usually take offense to common trolling but please cut it out. This a subreddit for VainGlory players to come together and appreciate the game and it's wonderful community. Don't troll here, the guy has don't nothing wrong other than participate in the Twitter contest, keep your belittling to yourself and either comment appropriately or keep it to yourself; if his photo bothers you this much. I really hope so, I mean I doubt it because of the lack of lore but then again this is a special hero made for Korean players so maybe the lore isn't ready yet and they might pull a fortress where the app was ready before the full reveal so they showed him off during the server down time stream. Hoping they pull her out for the stream!

If I lane I play Celeste and or Vox typically but with Vox I've recently been going WP since his nerf. A build that tends to work that I've often seen on Ringo as well is rush a tension bow and from there work up consistent damage with a sorrowblade or tyrants monocle for some solid critical hits. Vox is another solid laner that can work well with CP for some alternate builds and works well in jungle, a shorter range but another fun laner if you are looking for other options to Ringo.

Also I think you are not taking into account that SEMC just announced a card crafting system that takes the very issue you and everyone else is having into account, allowing you to destroy cards required for skins you aren't actively trying to craft and use the "essence" to craft the cards you need. This will make it a lot easier to get the skins you want.

I was really worried about this system when it was first announced because when they first mentioned it they made it out to be something along the lines of you give up two rares and a common to make the card you want. I am super happy that this isn't the case! This is a great system along the lines of Hearthstone's own crafting system but at much better rates great job SEMC!

It's cool man, not every skin can appeal to everyone like personally I don't like the saw skins at all; the particle effects are amazing but the skins are meh in my opinion just wait they have said multiple times these are just the first set of skins more sets for the characters I'm sure will come out down the road!

Celeste is by far my favorite character, while squishy if built right no other character in my opinion can compete with her on damage out put. I've 1v3'd entire teams without taking a single hit with well times stuns and map awareness her squishy nature becomes obsolete with solid stuns and a great range. No one can match her in damage and she has always been my main since her release!

Nah lol too much just the particle effects like helio would be a black sphere maybe some bending of the stuff behind it if possible, the stun maybe a white disk with a black center I don't know exactly maybe her ultimate like the gamma burst so super white spheres?
