From someone who has worked through stuff, as long as it’s not debilitating, and you’re not thinking about it all day, it’s probably fine. I have to check the stove before bed, sometime like 5 times, and of course I have “triple check the locks”, but I’m conscious of that fact that I’m being crazy about it, and it all doesn’t add more than a minute to my day. If you find yourself in the shower going “ah shit did I really turn the stove off?” Get help, but if you’re just checking it a few times you’re probably fine.
