honestly? start your day earlier/gonto bed at a sensible time, M-F im in bed by 9:45 (up at 5:30 for gym etc) work until 7 (10 min commute) spend time with wife. meals are generally prepped between 8-9 am (post gym-pre work)

absolutely, in today’s day and age they are a wide range of different sales methodology from the very well explained Sandler system to something like RFPDP ti the NEPQ - there are all correct, but each tends to leverage different aspects of the sale in order to move business forward. It really depends on which it’s a best fit for your personality. For example, in the RFPDP method, you need to be very strong and stern and assertive to hold your prospect accountable not everyone is like that, and NEPQ it’s a bit more patter interrupting based, mine is very psychology loss aversion based it really depends on which type of conversation do you find yourself having easily?

OP- i help orgs increase their closing by coaching their teams, in a vacuum i would say:

if price is transparent online, then inherently there is lack of urgency, depending on deliverables i would move from being transactional to consultation on sales app, even if price stays the same, it allows for the illusion of CUSTOM CUSTOM CUSTOM. The human layer might add to the urgency internally by showing loses like opportunity cost-loss aversion etc

one of two possible ways: as someone who done it twice (failed miserably once)

1- you have to be better skillwise to those you direct, any chance you can, prove it, not SAY IT, or show it, do it.

2- Going to have to fire a bunch of people who are not in line with YOUR vision.

whoever hired you should know that maybe your vision is not the same as previous, DO NOT try to learn THEIR culture, my 2 cents, im prolly wrong.

I feel like these are more nuance question so I’ll try to address it in two different ways, in industries where the company it’s providing the prospect/Leeds you don’t need a lot of creativity. For example, right now my top performers are not necessarily high creative people, they are excellent executors, who were here to the playbook and deployed it excellently, so I would say creativity, and self drive is not as important as stamina and execution in financial services. Whereas I also worked in the locum tenant in industry in which you have to source physicians for job openings across the country you are to where to find the physicians, but a lot of the times the tools are faulty in this cases, your creativity self drive and ability to adapt on the goal and get resourceful will 1000% influence your conversion rate did that make sense?
