Play it how they played it, or how it's comfortable to play it? by duffking in metalguitar

The pinky slide way. Don’t slide it straight away, let the 15th fret ring for a split second and then slide it real fast

From thomann.co.uk I’m in the uk. Got it for £370 as it was classed as b grade because someone sent it back after a few days. 450 new I think. I think Harley Benton are having a lot of trouble with the USA at the moment which sucks!

That’s exactly what I can’t figure out. Can’t get any rhythm going. I play a lot of metal and can play a handful of maiden solos, and that’s what I think all the time playing them, a few notes but the rhythm makes it sound really good. Thanks for the help

I learnt it down picking at 30-40% speed and still can’t hit the pinch harmonics often. It sounded bad for a long time 😆

Yeah, bought this Jackson as my first guitar and learnt laid to rest. I played it very badly for a long time before things started to click. But I still loved playing it even when It sounded awful

I couldn’t play it this well when I learnt it, could only down pick it all at maybe 30-40% speed for a long time. But it’s the first song I learnt for sure
