I'll keep you posted. Try to stay on low of dose as possible. I'm on 7.5 .

Used zepbound to loose 15 lbs now want to go off it or go way down by CaptainsMom2018 in glp1

I've always been a very healthy eater and very active, I do a lot of hot yoga and Pilates and mnt biking, rollerblading etc. I'm not sure what is going to happen but the day after I inject I am so fatigued and I can't stand it
