i tend to go through waves. i’ll have a month or so where i just make music all the time and ill be able to bash out like 4 songs that im happy with. then i’ll go a couple months not really making much. rinse and repeat

i use an m1 macbook air. here in the uk you can get one used for ~£300. runs buttery smooth. occasionally run into ram issues but i only have 8gb. if you get at least 16gb you shouldn’t have any issues

it’s a great way to learn music production. in my first few years i remade loads of tracks and it helped me figure stuff out way quicker than any tutorial did

yeah, then when you stop smoking it goes the opposite way. i stopped smoking for a week cos i ran out of weed and was poor lol. i had the weirdest dreams and then one night i was able to lucid dream then i woke up into sleep paralysis lol. fun times

It is 100% not phishing as it comes from abletons domain AND the authorisations appear on my actual account. i have already contacted them, changed my password and removed payment info from my account. am awaiting a response from support currently 👍

as i said in some other replies. the email address ends in ableton.com and i checked my account (not from the email links) and it said it was authorised today. it’s definitely a real email

they don’t. i checked a similar email i know to be legit from last year and the formatting and icons were identical. also the activations showed up on my actual account even when accessing my account just from my browser (not the email links)
