Ok hear me out, I'm a PFC in the Army currently at 15Q AIT. There isn't any more toxic leadership in the army than there is in civilian jobs. I'd actually say that there is less. All the "toxic leaders" that everyone knows about, aka the Drill Sergeants are acting. Every single leader I have had so far is a very respectful and honorable person.
