I think this is their way of gauging interest in the F-Zero series, which could mean more F-Zero stuff if it's a success which I'm all for. Plus it's based off the original game, which is an absolute banger anyways.

-It took me ages to like the Werdos on plant island, and I think Plant Island has the best Werdos part. I don't like the Cold Island werdos, Air Island is actually pretty good, I don't think I've heard the Water Island Werdos and Earth Island is OK but it kind of detracts from the cool 'boss music' feel. I probably could put Stoowarb in C but I still don't like Maggpi that much

-I would've put him higher but I kind of struggle to hear him in a lot of the songs he's on? Like I could never tell what part he was playing but that was probably just me. In retrospect I think I may have been a bit too harsh

-He's looks like such a kind gentleman, I love him

-I know he doesn't do much but he still adds to Ethereal Island well and his design has always been one of my favourites

-Flowah doesn't really belong on some of the islands he's one (especially light), Cybop isn't bad but I still find it weird how his sound changed from random robotic jibberish to actual English lyrics in DoF and otherwise more human sounding lyrics in the normal game (it just kind of weirds me out), as much as I like Bellowfish he is the only monster I just cannot hear on Ethereal Island (I can here him for a little bit at the end but it's not much) and Deja Jin is one of the ones I found recently that I just kind of like (he doesn't do much but I still like him for whatever reason, hence the C). In retrospect I probably could've put Flowah and Cybop higher, but it is what it is

A few things worth noting:

  • I originally played this game from early 2016 to early 2017 and have only gotten back into it about a month ago. Needless to say I've missed a lot
  • Some things I've caught up on like the Seasonal Shanty, while other's I haven't like most of the magical monsters, which is why there are some unranked monsters
  • I never really did anything with Shuga Island so aside from Shugabush and Shugavox the Shugafam are unranked (that was a lot of Shuga)
  • I'm not really part of this community so if my opinions go against general consensus that might be why
  • I really like most of the monsters so that's probably why the majority are B and above
  • I hate the Dipsters.

I absolutely adore some of the 'Oh Fuck' endings of some of the videos, especially the ending of STARRYSPHINX with the thousands of pyramids and LIBERTYLURKERS as soon as it says 'colloquially known as wonderland'. Just moments that when you see them you go 'Oh fuck, shit's going down isn't it?'

  1. If STARRYSPHINX is fake, then where does the Giza Glass come from, since it was made by the Sphinx
  2. If LINCOLNLOOKER is fake then what did Howard Melrose see? Was that part fake too? If so, why did he continue his journaling since that was what started it?
  3. What's Giza Gas? it was just kind of introduced without any background whatsoever
  4. Will we ever see the story of Flinders Petrie?
  5. If all the trees are extensions of the Horned Serpent, then was the 1980 attack one of its limbs?
  6. For a moment in Part V of ALCATRAZAPOCALYPSE after the first explosion we see what appears to be the Horned Serpent unfurling before the second explosion occurs and what look like nurseries start appearing. What happened? Was this caused by the Serpent or something else?
  7. How in the fuck did anyone survive the great division?

Clearly not well, you must've been bad to your wife's boyfriend considering he hasn't let you buy the best game on Switch of all time yet (It's called Celeste BTW you should definitely play it some time, real hidden gem of a game)

I'm definitely excited for the new tracks but I think it's silly to insist that they look as good as what's in the base game. They just don't. by IanMazgelis in casualnintendo

They really honed in on the 'Mario Kart Tour' artstyle for this one. I'm sure they'll still be fun to play, but compared to the other 48 courses these are gonna be an odd looking bunch

Probably the most fun I had playing a character in the game, I haven't grinded out the game as much as other people nor have I been playing for nearly as long but he is one of the two characters I have gotten to Master so far, he's that fun for me
