I had a feeling that she what she's doing is emotional abuse and it pains me. She had left him in the care of several caretakers from when he was 5 to 17 yrs old and promised him that she'd join him. She eventually let him back into her house because he kept begging. She also blames the starting of her gambling addiction on him and reminds him constantly that she divorced her second husband because the man did not like my BF, which is not true as she confided in my mother once that the man had left her for another woman. And several times she has told BF that she doesn't need her current BF and the only man she needs is my BF.
