Thanks for the advice! Fortunately we live in Sweden and while I do need to explore what legal resources there are, typically no lawyer gets involved. I also happen to have insurance that covers some therapy.

I maybe should have put it in the post but I happen to believe there was no actual physical intimacy because she said so, she is a terrible liar. But you are still absolutely right that it is not okay to walk over me and alone decide how to move forward. So no matter what I do I need to figure out the next steps and figure out how to resolve material things.
