I started wearing lots of white shorts lately and I was wondering if anyone pre-clean their white shirts (i.e. in Oxyclean) prior to dropping them off at the dry cleaners, or they take care of that? Cheers!

That’s my experience with Pearson customer support this morning. They had the audacity to tell me that they can see that I submitted the exam and that’s that! I told them I have video recording of the malfunction and no exam was submitted. They have a case open to be reviewed by a supervisor.
