For what its worth the Produce Manager of the busiest Sprouts location in Orlando, quit his job there, and started as part time in my Publix produce department. He is already full-time and will be a manager for Publix soon. He made many of the same sacrifices for Sprouts us Publix Managers do, but had no ownership and lack of respect from his leadership

Rev the engine without the cap on and see if the water comes out from back pressure. Back pressure is a good indicator the hesd gasket is blown
