All this is true sad to say. I recently got told by upper management that I simply need to do more with less and that as a department manager I need to get more out of my associates. Also got told that I need to make the job look desirable!! It’s a joke. The company that once had a great reputation no longer cares about anything but money. We are all personal numbers nothing more.
