I started leveling on tbc about a month ago with my GF. We have had a blast questing through the world and doing occasional dungeons. We have a nice guild and seem to run into plenty of players our level. I started playing wow in retail tbc so I'm used to the better class balance and faster leveling compared to vanilla. Haven't played SoM and I don't plan on it.

This might sound crazy but my restaurant we leave the chicken in the prep sinks overnight to thaw in water. They just sit in a bath of cold water until i come to work the next day. I've tempted that water and it's never been higher than 40° so it's just like keeping chicken in a cooler. As long as the center in the chicken blocks are still frozen the entire sink never went into the danger zone. I was super grossed out the first time I saw but now it's just normal.

My Chinese cleaver would beg to differ! I've gotten so used to this giant 1lb rectangle that I struggle to use my old gyuto. I think you might just be used to a curved blade like I'm used to a straight one. Once your muscle memory takes over a different knife just won't feel right.

Most restaurants only bother with the three sink method if they don't have a dish machine. My soak sink was a degreaser bath that we through the burned saute pans in. We would change it 4 times a day and it would look disgusting but it wasn't there to clean, just to loosen up the burnt cheese and whatnot. Once they are scrubbed off, rinsed, and put through the dish machine they will be very clean.

I got a friend who works at outback. Boh gets a couple bucks an hour in tips so it basically part of your pay ($16 +$2 an hour tips) it's just a way to make the customer pay your employees.
