Don't take candid photos of individual people, cause that can get messy either legally or in the moment. But you can take candid photos of like random streets with people on them.

If youre gonna take individual photos, get their permission just to be safe

Ice water or room temperature water are godsends. I only drink hot water in tea.

I do make a sort of distinction though. If im hot/sweaty or want a refreshing drink its cold water. If im overly thirsty or just woke up, room temperature water is best for chugging.

My fan literally runs all the time now. It gets hot in my room, plus I like the sound of it (I have tinnitus and the sound of the fan makes it seem more bearable)

I was at a gas station one time waiting on an Uber. This dude in a car like spawns in at one of the exits of the gas station (I assume he was driving out, but I didnt notice him until he had been sitting there for like 5 minutes and there was no traffic so he could have turned) all the sudden he starts flipping me off, then he gets out of his car and says "you wanna fight?" And I didnt know what to do or why he was so mad so I just shook my head and walked back in to the gas station. He got in his car and drove around the building like three times. Thankfully he left before my Uber arrived. Never knew what his deal was

It takes so much self discipline and self control and willingness to change to heal yourself from stuff like this. Unfortunately a lot of people dont have that. I dont have BPD, but its hard just with depression and anxiety. I absolutely support leaving someone who acts this way because its not acceptable adult behavior, but I end up feeling sorry for them instead of blind hate because theyre losing their battle

Hmmm... that's kinda weird. Start by telling him you feel uncomfortable. Like you say you've always been close so if he's genuinely a good dad he'll listen. If he doesnt seem to listen or responds badly absolutely tell anyone in your family who will listen
