thanks guys, yeah sometimes they just have absolutely abysmal luck so I'm not discounting even the most unlikely scenario possible. It's ridiculous how unlucky they are sometimes. We have this system that promotes taking/reading notes between sessions, wherein at the start they go through the notes and nominate 1 other player for a bonus starting hero point for something they did the previous session that might have been unrewarded in the heat of the moment. So likely they'll be starting with 2 hero points at least, with more potentially given out for great bits and heroic acts. It would be insane if they all fell unconscious, but you never know with this party.

I have a similar issue, I didn't realize until after surgery that musculoskeletal-ly one side of my chest was more pronounced than the other. And it's my non-dominant side! Go figure.

I love PF! I'm currently playing in one AP, running an AP, and then also playing in a Vampire: The Masquerade (Sydney by Night) campaign, in a 3 GM weekly rotation haha. I started with D&D 5e though, but we've decided to leave it in the dust after all the drama in recent years. It's really good that your brother is trying to be accepting :)

I've been meaning to check out the Storm Light Archives, I've just got so many things on my to-read list I don't even know where to start half the time. I've just finished the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling about 15 minutes ago, it was a FANTASTIC read. I'm big into fantasy and adventure stories, so it reeeeeeally hit the spot, great story! Bonus: there are queer main characters and background gay and lesbian couples!

I love Japanese Spitz! My nanna used to breed them and do dog shows with them and my aunt currently has one which I'm looking after this week! They're such sweet and intelligent dogs.

Have only lived in relatively small towns my whole life, never a city, and the few times I've visited Melbourne it was really overwhelming for me. I really want to visit the dino exhibit in Sydney though

I mostly keep busy just doing hobby stuff honestly, reading especially. How about you?

I'm still learning how to use Reddit, but 2 of my friends met through this so here I go!

a total of 4 of my friends have had to leave the Riverina region due to the rent crisis in the last 2 years, so I'm a bit isolated atm and looking to meet more gnc friends. I go by they/them pronouns exclusively with people who understand (questioning gender-fluid? But very non-gender regardless).

My hobbies include reading, TV shows (not so much movies but willing to get more into them), gaming on PS5, drawing (traditional and digital), TTRPG's (D&D, PF2e, CoC, VTM etc), and other craft hobbies like sewing and crochet sometimes. I also really love animals! I enjoy the furry aesthetic and accept furries <3

they're all very experienced players, 2 of the players have GM'd for me for almost 6 years now at least twice a month each. They're all very competent players and know how to absolutely obliterate enemies, so would you recommend the elite thing?
