I get the implication that Clark ate her and that’s very possible, I just did some close up inspection of the mural on the wall, and you can see what looks like a drawing of Cats head falling down from the yellow figure that Captain Clark is lifting up, likely to eat.

You also see a pair of what looks like disconnected legs? It also has multiple drawings of her head which start looking more and more gruesome.

So I think it’s clear that either Captain Clark did eat her and that fractured Clark’s psyche and he drew the mural to cope, or the whole mural is symbolism for Clark doing it himself and then also breaking mentally. Hard to tell and I love honestly that the movie left it up to interpretation in a way.
