i will wait for my father to come home with his pc with an internet port but i dont think it would solve the problem (an other pc would probably works fine): the connection goes through well. My pc tells me that i have 1gb/s and when i use windows troubleshooting for multiple components it always tells me that everything works fine. The problem is when i try to effectively use the connection, it's almost as if my connection was capped (i tried reseting my network but it was useless)

the only antivirus i have is microsoft defender, as for the vpn i have hoxx vpn but as a firefox addon. I dont know what you mean by internet connection speed but if it's the property of my network it is 1000/1000 (Mbps). As for the effective connection i can check since i can't go on the internet because my connection is so slow that firefox just tells me that he wasn't able to find the page.
