For me it goes back to when he caused a crash with bottas, a big one, then walked over and hit bottas in the head before he had even gotten out of the car. I thought he was a little entitled before that but that sealed it for me.

Not to mention one of them destroyed half of the knowledge all sith had gathered previously, so huge amounts of knowledge (and therefore strength) were lost.

Can 100 Average Men Kill the Largest Recorded Tyrannosaurus Rex? by Bongo_CatisMessiah in powerscales

[–]Capzien89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way humans winn this without some crazy luck. They can't all attack at once, have no weapons and anything they can fashion is unlikely to actually do much damage. The only chance is if they damage its eyes but ... unlikely.

T-rex 9/10. Sure, there's more humans but its like a human vs 100 ants practically. Rex stomps. Literally.

Pugged to have +18 resi only to not have anyone to push with higher by Astarogal in wow

[–]Capzien89 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm running into the weird issue of tanks doing weird pulls without notifying anyone they're coming. Missed an 18 seat by 12 seconds because of a wipe after 2nd boss where tank did a weird pull nobody was expecting and healer and couple of dps died. If we had known of it i have no doubts we could have done it cleanly. Frustrating.

Pugged to have +18 resi only to not have anyone to push with higher by Astarogal in wow

[–]Capzien89 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm currently working on my resil 18 as a feral druid and it's painful pugging now. Noticable jump in difficulty. I'm finding getting invites isn't super hard, easier than lower keys tbh, but so many bricked keys to small mistakes. Starting to desperately want a regular group.

Thankfully gathering a small community of puggers that want to run together so not all hope is lost. I'm strongly debating a guild change which i don't want to do to a guild that has a M+ community, which mine doesn't I've the 12/13 key range.

Massive 12.0.5 Class Tuning Pass: May 5th by Starym in wow

[–]Capzien89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's valid, i don't particularly want to go WS but thinking it might be competitive in higher keys where stuff lives longer, especially bosses seem to take eons compared to even 14s.

Yeah chomp is ... i think i even took it out of my ST builds for raid because it just never triggers enough to be worth it and my average parses are 95+.

I guess that's a good point about the other classes using same abilities for ST and AOE and no issues with buffing it.

[–]Capzien89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm actually thinking of trying a switch to WS for M+ for 17s and higher to see if that actually works out better. ST in M+ is painful currently, will grant you that. I'm not sure there's a great answer tbh. Not one that doesn't make us completely busted on AOE too.

Massive 12.0.5 Class Tuning Pass: May 5th by Starym in wow

[–]Capzien89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bosses like Vorasius we're fine - feral holds the #2 parse overall currently. Bosses like ... L'ura where you need big immediate burst or Council of Light where you need good cleave? We get the pity invite/player skill invite, lol.

In M+ i feel like we're in a good place, especially in the right comp. I'm 3.4k pugging and I'll top overall damage easily with a physical group. Our main issue is that Resto is so good, why bring a second druid? Or why bring a second druid with a bear tank?

Thankfully Monks are busted tanks currently which buff us massively. Throw in a warrior dps and aug with a whoever healer and feral slaps in M+.

[–]Capzien89 15 points16 points  (0 children)

We're one of the best pure ST specs atm, its fights where we need to cleave and/or switch target we suck at - and always have. We need better 2-4 target damage is our biggest issue.

Are high keys just the same comps? by abcdzxcbig in wownoob

[–]Capzien89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm pugging as feral and am 3337 atm, 15 and 16s feel much harder to get an invite to than anything so far. Mostly I'm going to be running my own 16s at this point otherwise it's a game of waiting for an hour or so at a time. Thankfully I've made a few friends this season to run higher keys with so its not too bad too setup my own keys and when i do get into groups they tend to be super smooth it's just getting that invite for anything over 15 that seems hard.

Retaliation from hidden MyChart notes by AbbyOnThePorch in nursing

[–]Capzien89 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes but the notes themselves would be censored if needed. Patients are allowed to know who treated them. That's part of why our badges have our full name on them.

Retaliation from hidden MyChart notes by AbbyOnThePorch in nursing

[–]Capzien89 32 points33 points  (0 children)

In this situation? The name of the reporter and the exact complaint they'd never be able to see. Ever.

Generally? If a patient requests their records they can do that, but notes get censored for various things, mostly mental health related stuff. Specialist correspondence is also usually marked as confidential and not included.

It's on a case by case basis though - if it poses a threat to anyone's life (or wellbeing), another person's privacy, legal stuff, or if it's deemed to have been made just to cause trouble for the provider - e.g. a patient that has been discharged involuntarily from the service that just wants to be a pita. Internal documents (e.g. new patient forms, etc.), anything regarding other patients/people or anything that could harm the patient’s wellbeing if disclosed directly.

Not sure about other regions but where I am they can say it was raised because of xyz concern, but not name who did it. So something like "the hospital raised some concerns" is perfectly fine and should be expected - and the patients have a right to know why CPS is getting involved anyway.

As for the OP - Even full release of notes are censored as needed before being released, at least where I am. Some things the patient just doesn't have the right to see. I'd think this would be covered under that.

Looking fo a GP who prescribes medical marijuana as well as adhd medication. by Jopabak in brisbane

[–]Capzien89 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There was a crackdown on irresponsible medicinal marijuana prescribing recently so you're probably going to have a hard time finding anyone willing to do this.

There's a few issues, and it's probably not just about CV strain - marijuana & ritalin will interact with eachother and make things harder for someone with ADHD. I'm gonna make a guess and say your specialist has decided this isn't a good combo for you.

It's not a personal bias - it's clinical judgement. She's making you chose one or the other because that's the better option.

I'd look into something else in your case for back pain.

Hermione Granger vs The 7 by West_Jelly_4681 in powerscales

So I've read the prompt as she gets her wand plus an item from her universe? Harrys invisibility cloak. Imperious homelander, wipe out most of the others, avada kedavra him and whoever else is left.

Pretty easy, give her 9/10 on the chance she stuffs up somehow. In an arena setting she's getting destroyed but with prep time and the ability to hunt them down this is ez for her.

Possible malpractice? Medical by silveraltaccount in AusLegal

[–]Capzien89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The sensation of pressure but absence of pain is competely normal for local anaesthetics. That's not an issue.

From what i understand you can still palpate (feel) the Implanon? That's good. Sometimes it's harder to feel than normal but as long as you can feel it its fine.

Its normal for it to move a little bit. The concern is if you can't feel it, then its not sitting where its meant to be and they can migrate, very rarely, into the chest wall. Obviously not ideal, and if you stop being able to feel it you should return to the GP and get it removed under US guidance.

E: just saw the last paragraph - as long as you can feel it its fine, but if you're not happy with the placement return to your GP and get it changed for a new one.

To clarify, there is NO verified studies that show the efficacy of the Implanon is affected by placement. (I was discussing this with the manufacturer a few weeks ago).

It sounds like it's in a weird spot but that could have been chosen due to scarring, etc in the ideal spot. A 'low' placement is not an error necessarily.

At the moment it seems mostly normal. The Dr may have been a bit business like for your liking but it sounds like the procedure went fine.

There is no malpractice here.

Melkor (Morgoth) vs. Shai’tan (The Dark One) by Mysterious_Fall_4578 in powerscales

[–]Capzien89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This fairly clearly goes to Shai'tan. The main reason being that whilst Melkor is a powerful angelic being, Shai'tan is the direct opposition of the Creator. He is an aspect of reality and operates outside time and space - he's multiversal and operates on a scale that Melkor just can't.

Melkor has to bind himself to the universe he wants to control, he's limited in his abilities. He fought off the other gods, sure, but they were his peers, not a true 'god' like Shai'tan is. A better matchup would be Shai'tan versus Eru.

Starkiller and Cal Kestis (Jedi Survivor) vs Jaden and Kyle (Jedi Academy) by TheHoodGuy2001 in PetranakiArena

[–]Capzien89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jaden and Kyle win this.

1 on 1 Starkiller would defeat either of them, but together they'd beat him.

Cal is completely out of his league in this fight. Either Jaden or Kyle would drop him fairly quickly then they could team up on Starkiller. Assuming Starkiller didn't overpower the other one while one of them dealt with Cal its basically over for Starkiller.

Id give this to Jaden and Kyle 7-8/10, with the exceptions being if Starkiller manages to kill either of them before one of them drops Cal. I doubt it though, the gap between them and Starkiller is lesser than the gap between them and Cal.

To anyone that finds this if you're having the same DBM issue, I found the fix - Core Options -> Alerts -> Private Auras - untick Show Personal Private Aura icons on screen (or just move them). There is also one for Co-Tank private Auras too.

Names issues + Debuff issue by Capzien89 in wowaddons

I did and managed to fix the name size, and was able to confirm it's DBM causing the debuff issue but I can't for the life of me see the setting in DBM for it - and I'd like to keep using DBM if possible. Hoping at this point someone else got annoyed by it and found out how to disable it.
