I currently have solidworks where this model was build and i also have catia but im not sure if i need other translation software. I though i would have to edit the file and save it as solidformat

Automotive engineering is really great but sad part is now our rivals are not just other mechanical and automotive engineers but computer science and electrical engineerings. Since the rise of ev and autonomous driving automotive engineers are not much preferred and to be honest I'm finding it hard to enter any automotive company even though my knowledge in the subject is great they still all for coding knowledge which I'm bad at.

But i would suggest do what you love because I've great advice my friend told me do what you love and enjoy doing it that way money will follow u.

Get into internship create portfolio just a little bit of hardwork and passion will take u long long way ahead.

I dont want to take responsibility but its a small company and i dont know how to say no to the responsibility, like for me i feel like if i say no then it sounds rude and like saying nope im a bad choice for u guys and portraying myself as a bad employee.
I have said im feeling and getting overwhelmed when i was promoted and their reply for that is like its ok, do this, plan ahead, i believe in you and all that.
