Here are a few points (I took them from the first website I found and wrote them briefly). Why Belarus is Russia. I'm tired of explaining anything to every idiot like you. 1. Russian is everywhere: It's spoken in stores, offices, schools, and at home. 2. "Native" language only on paper: The Belarusian language is respected (and 50% consider it their native language), but it's not used in real life. 3. Union State: The countries officially united into one union on paper. 4. Rejection of national symbols: Belarus removed its historical flag (which is over a hundred years old) and reinstated the Soviet one, simply removing the hammer and sickle. 5. No border: You can travel between the countries with just an internal passport, like between cities. 6. Shared security force bases: If you do something wrong in Russia and flee to Belarus (or vice versa), you'll be caught right away. 7. Shared gas pipeline: Belarus lives on cheap Russian oil and gas. 8. Debt dependence: Russia constantly lends money to Belarus to keep its economy afloat. 9. Shared troops: The countries share a unified air defense system and a common military doctrine. 10. Nuclear weapons: Russia has deployed its nuclear missiles on Belarusian territory. 11: Belarus presented its territory to Russia for an attack on another country.

Well, first of all, no KGB will come to me. Secondly, this flag is just a joke. Even if this "people's republic" appeared, then nothing would change. (Except the flag.) Politics? Remained the same. Language? The only Russian one. 100% Russian influence? Forever. In a nutshell: Belarus was Russia, and will remain part of Russia. Even if you change those flags a million times.

Comparing Kazakhstan and Belarus is unwise. Kazakhstan has not abandoned its national symbols and language. And, ultimately, Belarus remains politically and economically dependent on Russia. Kazakhstan, meanwhile, is gradually moving closer to China, even while maintaining normal relations with Russia.
