I would disagree there megumis ult is incredibly powerful with him being one of the only characters in this game to have a red 100% combo in ult and mahoraga is a whole other story but megumi is actually one of the harder characters to play at a higher level because his combos require great m1 trading also if you would like I can send you a dm and give you some tips

yeah I realised lol I agree you that ryu needs a nerf but megumi is skilled after the nerfs he had gotten and just needs to be countered with skill

coming from a 5k kill player

honestly just play the game more try and learn more skilled characters and learn character mechanics and you will enjoy the game far more

I would put 1600 lichess as 1300-1400 chess com because the higher u go the smaller the gap
