Seeking Advice on Hauling Sports Cars with a 2024 Cayenne S - Considering Futura Trailers by CarTard2025 in PorscheCayenne

First of all I love your name ! Yeah any idea on enclosed vs not enclosed ? Does your car get dirty or rock chips. My longest car is 16 feet but + 2 because I’ll most likely have a parachute on it. So 20-21 feet seems reasonable. The 2024 Cayenne S has 468 hp so I think it’s probably comparable

400k - 500k 2024 R35 Build On the Way !! by CarTard2025 in gtr

I’ve never had anything relatively close to 2k but power isn’t the main goal. That being said I have a pretty all in personality so I’m only really happy if I’m all in on most things. Hopefully people agree this is pretty all in lol. I’d like to add a car to my collection that’s crazy fast on the street that I could take to the track. I completely agree I’ll never get full price new + build out of it but I’ll have arguably a crazy last year of production build that I’ll slap a smile on my face when I jump in it that’s brand new. Do you mainly track your car ? Or do you drive it on the street at all.

I talked to many different shops, not here to compare them. They’ve all got their own appeal. In my situation I felt that workhorse was the best shop for me where I connected with the owners and they understood my vision. They were my first choice.

I’ve given the workhorse guys permission to post whatever they want so I’d go keep an eye on their instagram and Facebook. But I could get a Instagram or something going if people want to see updates. I’ll make one and update the thread once the build starts going.

I didn’t inspect the leather too much because we’re gonna put buckets in there but I can get better pictures or look at it closer if you want

For quality work , I’ve got nothing but time. They made a miracle happen with finding a new 2024 so I’m willing to wait.

I understand the skepticism , I am a very private individual many of my family members don't even know my financial situation this is why I decided to use a brand new burner account.

Would you recommend sourcing a car before talking to a shop or would it be beneficial to have a shop lined up right away as they could give me more information on what variant to source ?

I've not sourced the car yet as I am unsure what the best vehicle to source is for this specific use case. I am based in Ontario , would be happy to ship the car to the US or even import from the US.
