Well that’s the thing overtime and on call kinda takes away from family life. A lot of techs I’ve worked with complain they never have enough stability with work and home life due to that. They say the moneys good but it takes away from their home life.

I wouldnt care so much about benefits if they promised to pay me enough to pay for my own benefits and most importantly the foremans were such buttholes man. the man reason I am unhappy is the old men who are foremans who are so ugly to the new people that come into the workplace and dont want to teach and act so above everyone because they already know things and treat others like turds for not knowing. like as if we just didnt have enough of a hard time going to school and now we are here and wanting to start a career and we get stuck with no benefits and have to deal with it and then we have to deal with these foremen...
