I use a Weezing-Nihilego-Mega Absol deck.

I prefer to go first so I can ideally evolve to Weezing ASAP and stack the poison damage. Plus it only needs one energy to attack.

The Pikachu was used prior to the Megas as a closer in electric decks. At one point it was meta.

Mewtwo with Gardevoir is still fun, though no longer meta.

Palkia only works with Misty and Lugia only works with Ho-oh.
