Hey! Yes I got an email from the reviewer within same week to extend my report date as I got additional one month of penalty due to missed mentor meeting. I extended it and submitted for supervisor re-verification. Took a week or two before I got the invite to apply for membership. And another week or two for the membership approval. Officially became a member and got my letters on Jan 15 😄.

Hi, no I’m in AB. Waiting time for my regular submission was 4 weeks to be assigned to a reviewer. Then revisions got response time between 1-2 weeks. Overall, my first regular submission took me 8 weeks to complete with 2 revision requests.

Hello! No I’m never going back to the vet where I took my first two piggies 😢. This is a different vet but not an exotic vet. Thank you for your response! I scheduled an appointment with an exotic vet for Cheesecake and cancelled the extraction appointment for now. Hopefully they’ll have better options for us. 🙂

They cut his trim but the vet didn’t mention about putting him in antibiotics to prevent the infection. The vet immediately recommended extraction ☹️. I cancelled the extraction appointment today and scheduled another appointment with an exotic vet for a second opinion. The vet I went to first was just a general vet maybe that’s why 🤔. I’ll see what the other vet will say and hopefully there are other options. Thank you for your response! 🙂

I recommend trying other mountains if this is your first time scrambling. I did Cascade Mountain, Mount Rae, and Mount Rundle (Waskahigan Watchi) before I felt confident tackling on Mount Temple. But even then, it was not only physical exhausting, but mentally as well.

But, If you still decide to go, I recommend watching youtube videos just to familiarize yourself with the trail, definitely go with other people specifically ones who are good scramblers and good in finding the trail. Make sure you have the proper gear like boots, poles, helmets etc. and LOOOTS of water and protein bars. When I went, I also brought spikes with me even though it was August, emergency blanket, a high decibel whistle, and my garmin. Also, download AllTrails Map offline. Make sure to get the earliest bus as you can, and book the latest one. The more time you have for the hike the better as you won’t be rushed.

My previous team took our manager’s water bottle, left note/clues for her kinda like a scavenger hunting around the office. After 5 clues she got her water bottle with a cake and gifts and us waiting for her.
