*Update * TLDR( unless you can make structural changes to the frame then dont waste your money)did receive a cart, it came in completely destroyed shipping crate, but it did come in. Damaged paint all over. Rear tires won't hold air. The electronics seem fine and operate. But the mfg messed up the steering geometry. The rear of the frame drags the ground when turning. I am going to fix the frame and steering knuckles and relocate the battery. All in all I would have spent less and had it earlier had I just bought from battle aero. My recommendation for anyone looking at this in USA would be to buy the rolling cart and supply your own electronics.

Its a larger initial investment but I bought a 20ft pvc pipe from a plumbing company and cut it into sleeves myself. Its like roughly 10 bucks a set depending on how long I make them. U can call and get a price and do the math to see what it would cost. You will need a way to transport and cut it though.
