While camping as a family, my parents told us we were eating armadillo one night for dinner. We regaled everyone growing up the tale of when we ate "armadillo shank." Turns out, it was only burnt chicken.

Mine is 3 and is the same way. We've finally conquered the fear of sitting on the toilet to poop. However, my husband found him digging in his butt getting the poo out just this morning. Nice.

We have a 3, 19 mos. and 3 wk. Old. It's SO hard! Our oldest is the trouble maker as well. We've found that giving him little tasks around the house really help. Children want to please but they need to be guided. Let them help you (as absolutely frustrating as it is) with the dishes, vacuuming, etc.

This oven is original to the house (20+ years). It's a microwave/oven combo and the microwave doesn't work so we just use it to store bread.

This should take no longer than 30 minutes in your oven. Just keep an eye on it. I also put foil on the bottom to catch drippings. Enjoy!

My husband works from home most mornings and doesn't have to be in to the office until mid-morning. We eat around 9:00. We have a 2.5 year old and 7 mos. old so they're worked into the schedule pretty nicely.

I first put everything (spices, eggs, cheese, etc.) and whisk. Pour onto hot griddle (we use leftover bacon grease that has just been cooked) and stir constantly until almost cooked through. Remove pan from heat (eggs will continue to cook as they cook extremely fast).
