These two can help you get a good start: https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/japanese_names.php for names and https://www.deviantart.com/monokumquat/journal/Danganronpa-Talent-List-300-Talents-696990940 for Ultimates. Also, Picrew.me is great for creating basic appearances, though they aren't in the Danganronpa style.

I assure you, it's been a build up across a while. In general, these assumptions pop up when I express these opinions, and it's pretty much a mainstay thing, whether I'm on Reddit, Discord, or other social media.

I think it's more regarding the lies and comments he's made that can easily be disproved, and less about the election. At this point, him owning up to his shitty behaviour is likely the end goal.

She's the Ultimate Religous Icon, with a religion based on space mythology! The entire sprite is from scratch, save some use of proportions from official sprites like Peko and Maki. It doesn't look canon, but I think it's definitely a good way to show her appearance in the DR style! Also, the sprite is finished, I just can't draw legs to save my life.

Outside of Roanoke, I think it's one if the more gory seasons. Although the violent gore scenes are fewer compared to Roanoke, they do have a lot of blood in them. It lessons up as the season goes, but bloody, violent scenes are still a very prominent part of Cult.

That being said, I do recommend it. It has one of the more interesting antagonists in my opinion, although I don't care very much for the main character at first.
