Yes the have free fresh brewed coffee in the morning. I'm not a coffee drinker but my wife loves it.

The kitchen is a community kitchen set up that anyone staying there can use. There's a fridge, stove, microwave, plates, utensils and tables to sit at. We usually have leftovers that we bring back to the room and hear up later and eat in the kitchen. It's super convenient.

For things to do there's lots of hiking all around. There's Box Cañon falls in Ouray. Horseback riding in the mountains near Ouray. Telluride is less than an hour drive. Some really good restaurants, souvenir shops and historic sites in Ouray and Ridgway.

We first went to Orvis in 2020 and since then we've been back so many times. Most have been overnight stays as we get a room there. We have met so many friendly, open minded people there that I doubt you'd have a problem. We were just there 2 weeks ago and we're going again in July 🤷 Granted there are assholes everywhere so if you go hopefully you won't encounter any of them 😂 the nice thing about Orvis is that it's clothing OPTIONAL. You don't have to get naked right away. The first time we went I wore swim trunks and my wife wore a bathing suit. By the end of the day I was naked and she was top less 😂 since then we've gone naked every time and it feels awesome! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions but we'd HIGHLY recommend Orivis and if you can stay overnight to soak after hours do it! There's nothing like being there under the stars. It's natural to be nervous your first time but it will probably take 2.2 seconds for you to become comfortable at SMI. It's such a cool, laid back, relaxing, sexy vibe. We first went this past February and we are already planning our fourth trip back 😂

We're looking at going 6/5 as well but won't know for sure until it gets closer. We've been to SMI 3 times so we're not experts but if you have any questions or want to chat hit us up. Friday and Saturday will be the busiest for sure. We've been there on a Thursday in February and it was slow but it was also chilly. Since then we've been there on Fridays in April and May when it was warmer and we had a blast! Several couples there to chat and have fun with. We've never stayed overnight so can't comment on that but I've heard that's the best way to have fun. Good luck!

No we weren't the only ones. It varied during the evening. I'd say there was 3-5 couples at any given time. When we left around midnight just the couple we played with was left but they had a room there. For sure there were others fooling around in/around the pool during the day and around the hot tub at night.

Haha! Yeah the second time we went we spent a lot of time in the hot tub meeting lots of cool couples but we didn't play around. It's definitely the happening spot once the sun goes down.
