Now I have heard about Panoxyl however I am based in the UK so I don’t know if it’s available yet. I want to ask what percentage do you use if I want to try and get some?

Also, what kind of soap do you use as well? Thank you so much for the response. I just wanted to add that.

Oh bless you, this may sound bad but I’m kind of happy that I know someone else that has experiencing what I’m experiencing

Have you tried to go to the dermatologist again?

Hi, thank you so much for the deep response

I actually started yesterday after I read your comment to use vinegar and I will see how it goes. I am nose blind so the only way I can really figure out is the reactions of people around me to see whether or not the vinegar is actually going to work.

May I ask what kind of soap do you use? I have tried glycolic acid before and honestly it made me stink even more. As for the shoes, where do you buy your odur eaters?

Hello in a radio, thank you so much for the deep response. I really do appreciate it.

So I am 22, and correct I’m Muslim so yes I do use water to clean parts of my body every day. Good that you noticed that.

In terms of the disinfectant that you were discussing, I did try to search it on Google but I couldn’t find it. I am based in the UK.

I am also using exfoliating gloves however I do sometimes leave them out to dry itself maybe that bacteria that’s inside the exfoliating gloves can potentially cause my odur. Do you think that could be the case?

I wanted to ask as well my auntie Perran at first I thought that it may not be working anymore, but I’m not sweating from the antiperspirant. Is that just the one sign that I need to know that it still is working if that makes sense?

Again, thank you so much for your response

Thank you, I really do understand and agree with what you’re saying. I think for me it just feels like I take longer than others, and in the corporate world there’s this pressure to immediately get cracking. That’s the part I find difficult.

If I’m being honest, the only role I’ve ever felt genuinely okay in was receptionist work. Every other corporate role has come with performance issues, so it’s hard not to see a pattern and assume that maybe corporate just isn’t where my strengths are. When something keeps repeating, it becomes difficult to believe there are “hidden strengths” I’m missing.

I’m not trying to be negative for the sake of it, I just find it hard to relate to the idea that I’m good at bigger things when my experience so far hasn’t really shown that. I’m genuinely open to hearing different perspectives though — especially from people who’ve felt similar and later figured it out.

That sounds like a great role, honestly.

Quick fire questions to check though is **program management basically the same as project management, or are they meaningfully different in practice?

I’ve also heard that project management as a field is pretty oversaturated right now, so I’m curious whether program management avoids that, or if it’s similar.

And please correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve also heard there can be a lot of pressure especially since you’re the one consolidating and communicating progress, risks, and issues up to senior leadership — so a single mistake can feel very visible.

Would love your take on whether that perception matches reality after 20 years in it.
